The Good 2006; 110,000miles; Mazda True Red; 2.0i Sport 6-speed; Euro 4 (ULEZ Compliant); 17" multi-spoke alloys with tyres less than 4,000miles old; Leather Interior; Heated Seats; Electric Windows; Wind-deflector; CD/Radio; 4x Cup-holders; Hood in great condition; Rear Parking Sensors; Fog Lights. Everything works perfectly. Runs sweetly, starts first time, every time as you would expect for a Mazda. Owned since November 2020; Used as second car; Serviced annually; Maintained with whatever it needed. 2 Keys. The Bad MOT expired March 2025. Will need minor welding of sills to pass, but otherwise sound. Sadly not been able to give the car the love and attention it needs and deserves as I have been caring for elderly parents for last 18 months. Someone else will get many more years of fun service from this car if they can lavish a little care on it now. The Ugly The photos are accurate. Car looks pretty good, really, given mileage and that it is nearly 20 years old: Cat S when I bought it. I spoke to repairer (see number plates) and saw photos of damage - front apron smashed in a low-speed prang but written off by insurer. Repair seems excellent, must have had new paint as still in very good condition; Driver's wing mirror has minor age-related scuffs (see photo). Paint adjacent to petrol flap has minor discolouration, (see photo); Slight cracking to the outer leather bolster on driver seat, (see photo); Car was bumped lightly on passenger side one night, (hit & run), while parked outside our house. Rear lamp cluster seal cracked and both wheel arches scratched and wing mirror ripped off; I replaced both the mirror and lamp cluster with new units, but mirror is metallic Soul Red, not True Red, (Poor eBay description! See photo),and I've not had time to paint it; As they were showing signs of paint bubbling anyway, I stripped both arches to bare metal, repaired and resprayed them. Again, Family care prevented me finishing the job perfectly, but I'll give you the kit to complete it, (see photos); Headlight lenses are fogged, (see photos), but I'll supply kit to fix. I'm trying to be totally honest about the car so that you will know what I'm offering. Hopefully this will attract the right buyer and deter time-wasters.
