Description

Golf gti mk6 dsg 2009. Black leather heated seats. Dark grey paint, not sure of the colour name. It has edition 35 alloys on it in gloss black, the wheels are a bit scuffed but not to bad. It has Bridgestone potenza tires on it which are great and have about 6mm of tread left. Worst damage is a dent on the drivers door which isn't too bad but is noticeable. Other marks on the car are more just general ageing, sort of stuff you'd expect on a 15 year old car. A bit of lacquer peel around the car, mainly the back. The roof lining is sagging but thankfully doesn't touch your head whilst driving. Gearstick leather surround is coming off slightly but doesn't affect how anything works. Engine is mint, car drives straight and handles well(especially with the potenzas on it). It has an aftermarket air intake which sounds great and I assume adds a bit of power too. Only issue is the gearbox, when the cars cold the gearbox is absolutely perfect, when driving no issues at all and it will change gear absolutely beautifully, but when you set off in first gear or reverse the car will jolt slightly, it doesn't effect driving, it is still very much usable but it is noticeable. I bought the car about a month and a half ago from a private seller, wasn't aware of the gearbox issue (if it's even an issue or I'm uneducated on the dsg). I bought it for a bit of fun, I'm 18 and have had a few cars and this was on my bucket list, only planned on keeping it for a month or two so I can move onto the next car. Paid considerably more than I'm listing it for but I'm aware there are a few issues. 4 months left on MOT, if that's an issue for anybody I can get a fresh one if a deposit is paid and you pay for the MOT. Any questions feel free to ask. Viewing are welcome.
