MOT until May 2026 with a new standard cat and rear pads done.
I have had the car since autumn 2023, in this time the car has had
- Genuine Honda Chain and tensioner
- M Factory LSD
- While the gearbox was open the necessary synchros were replaced and correct fluid
- Excedy stage 1 clutch
- Scorpion Cat back exhaust system (not too loud)
- Front Pagid discs and DS2500 pads with EBC racing brake fluid
- Front and rear bumpers resprayed and laquer peel addressed.
- Both sills replaced (rear inner arches done by previous owner) solid underneath and protected
- Fuel filler neck replaced
- K and N induction kit (sounds great on vtec)
- Rocker cover painted
- New genuine floor mats
- New Toyo tyres all round
Additionally the car has
- Braided brake lines
- Polybushed front end
- Tein lowering springs
- New front calipers shortly before my ownership
- new battery shortly before my ownership
- Full service history carefully documented from the start, as a result the engine burns next to no oil unlike most
- Great condition interior
- Pre facelift rear lights with new gaskets
- Next to no dents in the bodywork
As you can see a lot of money has been spent getting this car super reliable and performing well.
To be critical (and honest - the car is 21 years old)
- Alloys have some curbing
- Some panels don't quite match being red
- No play in the steering rack but does need a lower ball joint NSF. Part included in the sale.
At 5995 I would be amazed if you could find one as "ready to go" as this one
