Hi, I have for sale a stairs or repairs car here. There is a knocking sound coming from the rear. Went to a garage where they had a look and said it's do with the handbrake (some rusty parts fell apart) and to fix it it would take a minimum of 4 hours each side. The car had a service in August, spark plugs, engine oil and all filters replaced. Two new tyres fitted at the rear two months ago. All alloys in good condition, no cracks. Interior in great condition, engine spot on too. I was wanting to keep this car so took it for a remap and a rolling road test and the engine made exactly as much power as from factory 23 years ago, 192 bhp, 200 with the remap, torque I believe sitting at 260. Unfortunately I have no space to keep it as a "project" car
