Golf MK3.5 Convertible Years MOT to April 2026 Service history If you want a reliable car that'll keep going and going, this is the car for you Good points: Great little car, absolutely love it. Drives like a go kart and is great fun in the sun. Has been really looked mechanically Whilr ive had it I have: Replaced timing belt (in last 5000 miles/year) Replaced suspension (with coilovers) New cat converter New brakes Lots of general fixes (comes with service history if you want to know more) Stereo and speakers fitted Good on insurance Bad points: (Hasnt been on for a while) Intermittent check engine light due to lambda sensor - cheap fix and easy DIY. Still drives perfect, this isn't too big of a deal. Few points on the body that aren't great, but hey old car.
