Hey all - I purchased this car a few years back privately, sadly after a short test drive I didn't suspect anything, but once I got the vehicle home I realised there was a knocking noise but only at high revs. Since then I have just kept the vehicle stored away at my work and it has never been used. I know nothing about cars but I have been told it likely needs a new engine and it's called "rod knock". I have videos of the noise, don't hesitate to message me and I will send them over to you. It drives absolutely fine so it can be driven away no problem but I just didn't feel comfortable using the car knowing I'd been tucked up. Good project for someone who has the time! I've since put a new battery on it - it will of course need an MOT. Has electric sunroof & is ULEZ compliant. Any questions let me know!
