Description
Selling due to purchasing a new car, the money from this will go towards the deposit for the new vehicle.
Vehicle has been meticulously maintained and I have records for all works and services that have been carried out on the car.
Servicing has been done every 10,000 miles by me and I can provide the exact oil spec, oil filter and air filters used.
New a/c air compressor has been fitted and bought from Autodoc in recent months having been the only item I have identified that I needed to repair and carried out by a local mechanic.
Previous owner to me was an elderly female owner whom in it's entire life had only done around 50,000 miles. I have added 30,000 miles as I'm a high mileage driver, hence why I'm now transitioning over to a Tesla, mainly to reduce my fuel bill.
Vehicle is a solid runner, has been used only by me and has been driven with car with my young todler usually being in the vehicle with me when we go on trips out (hence the bluey stickers you can see in the window to keep her entertained).
The majority of my driving is on the motorway but with some short runs here and there.
With motorway driving I tend to get between 40-50mpg depending on how careful you go, stop and start traffic in the city or local towns tends to get you between 30-40mpg realistically.
Full tank from empty at current prices is between 50 and 60 pounds
Boot is huge and easily accommodates large items such as pushchairs.
Happy to leave some items I've bought for the vehicle in the vehicle, such as the multi charger, removable heated seat cover (useful during the colder months and has multiple USB chargers and lighter ports for any other items you want to run/charge.
Vehicle has the higher specification items such as mud flaps, cruise control, sun roof (just visual only, its not one of the ones you can open to let air in)
All windows are motorised with child locks
Motor in the left wing mirror still works and folds in, but the right one doesn't, it's not been worth my time to repair as it still works at its core function of giving me observations when I'm driving. If you want to go and get this repaired then fill your boots but I haven't seen the purpose in doing so for a 19 year old vehicle.
This is the 1.8L VTEC engine which is notorious for reliability as long as you take care of it, I'm more than happy to show you how to do a service yourself as it's an absolute doddle to do and will significantly increase the longevity of the car. Any Q's please ask :)
