Description

Here is your rather rare MGF Sports Steptronic (Automatic) *Less than 51k miles since new. *12 months MOT (Next due is April 2026) *New warrantied battery *Electric windows and mirrors *Half leather. *Premium Falken tyres *Head Gasket, water pump, timing belt all changed in the last 10k miles by MG Rover Mobile Mechanics (it's coming up to 25 years of age so had to be done). *Alternator and auxiliary belt replaced with new in 2024. (Uprated adjustor to make any future auxiliary belt changes a lot easier). *A good service history, with plenty of stamps in the book and a stack of receipts for other work. *Engine Oil service and gearbox oil service (completed by MG Rover Mobile Mechanics (KD MOT) April 2025 (274.00) *Expensive and most current TTmk9 exhaust fitted (Google it if you don't know these). * New brake pads, discs and rear calipers within the last 2000 miles and therefore a working handbrake, which is rare on the F's and TF's. * New rear shocks *I also paid for the retro fitted passenger dash pocket to be made, which you'll see in the pictures. The car also comes with the original CD player (I'll give this to you at the point of sale). *2 X working keys and fobs. *Heritage Certificate It smashed it's most recent MOT (with a lot of compliments as usual), from the MOT station for how clean and well preserved it is and only 2 minor advisories which have now been fixed. Waxoil has not been used on this car, so you can look underneath and get a clear representation of how clean the car is. There's no slipping from the gearbox, the car doesn't overheat and everything works including the heater on all settings. As a member of many MG owners clubs I know that most heaters only work on 2 settings. I'm in absolutely no rush to sell it as it's been part of the family for 7 years but it is now surplus to requirements. I genuinely feel this is one of the cleanest 24 year old cars on the road and will give you miles of smiles. The car still has the original dealers license plates on it so you know that in it's over 24 years on the planet it hasn't been involved in a smash! Loads more parts changed over my years of ownership. Receipts for these are in the folder for you to look through. To test drive it you will need to have appropriate insurance e.g. Cuvva or I can take us for a decent drive and then take us to a car park for you to drive it.
