This is a reluctant sale of my outstanding E85 Z4 Convertible. It's a modern classic already and will only go up in value now (if looked after). It has all the right credentials for becoming a true classic vehicle from what I would call (and many would agree); 'The Golden Era' of motoring (1995-2010 - in my opinion), where big engines and pure driving pleasure were what mattered the most. A true Drivers' Spec - 3.0 SI Model - Manual Gearbox - M-Sport steering wheel and bucket seats. This car is a dream to own, and the driving experience is simply sublime (roof up or down). The naturally aspirated engine is powerful and punchy - it carries a deep, rich, smooth exhaust note to your ears, the gear-changes feel crisp, the steering feels tight and responsive, & the suspension is firm, yet forgiving. A classic colour combination: Black Sapphire Metallic bodywork, with anthracite split rims with cream leather interior. Uprated grooved and drilled discs and pads all round. All BMW badges (front, rear & the two on the sides) replaced with genuine parts a year ago to keep it looking fresh. All x4 centre caps have been replaced this year too. Freshly printed number plates from the main dealer fitted this year too. Outstanding condition inside and out (especially considering that the car is 18 years old). Obviously, it can't be not absolutely immaculate as it does get used on the road, but it's very close. There must be the odd infrequent stone chip, but certainly no dents, scratches, or rust detectable anywhere on the bodywork. The soft top is perfectly watertight and does not leak. The roof mechanism operates perfectly, having recently benefitted from a new uprated motor (which is seamlessly integrated into the boot) - a must-have upgrade for the E85. Upgraded Pioneer fold-out touchscreen stereo with Apple Car Play, Bluetooth and DAB radio. Outstanding service record with plenty of paperwork present with the car. Low Mileage (equating to little of 4,000 miles per year). X2 keys (both work). Enthusiast-owned over the years. HPI Clear. It regularly turns heads and attracts compliments from intrigued passers-by when they hear it purr past. For the full asking price, I will also include the original BMW stereo headunit; a full fitted Z4 car cover; separate soft top cover; a spare set of carpet mats and other spare parts for the car.
