MOT until September 2025 2 Keys Full Service history (13 Mazda main dealer service) I'm selling my Mazda MX5 2.0 Sport PHRT (Power Retractable Hard Top). The folding hard top makes the car much more usable all year round and is my opinion the one to get. It has the more powerful 2.0 litre engine with 158 BHP and being the sport model comes with the LSD and Bilstein shock absorbers as standard. This car has the optional heated leather seats which again in my opinion is a must for winter top down driving. I've owned the car for 3 years and it has been extremely reliable and never let me down. The car has been dry stored in my garage and so did the previous owner, as such the chassis, sills, arches and underside are in great condition and free from rust, unlike many other examples of MX5. The only thing that lets the car down slightly is some of the paint is flaking on the fibreglass hardtop which is a common issue for this particular model. There are a few smaller marks here and there on the paintwork. Also the paint on the drivers wing has crazed slightly and the wheels could do with a refurb. Mechanically the car is in great condition with no oil leaks and the automatic folding roof works perfectly.
