Description

A truly unique Mini SUV. This 2012 Countryman SD has been Stage 1 tuned, de-chromed and wrapped in eye catching green and orange vinyl and always draws attention wherever it goes. Running on 215/65r17 Cooper Discoverer AT3 tyres. Comes complete with M7 rear swing spare tyre carrier, a Thule expedition style roof rack, M7 Bull Bar and front spots (currently just for show but easily wired in). Black gloss roof and original mini 17" wheels to match. Car is white under wrap. Inside is black cloth with usual mini design cues and features. Big centre speedo, AC, DAB radio, CD, Electric windows, Stop Start, Rear parking sensors, Central locking, Auto windscreen wipers, Trip computer and the all important SPORT button that only comes with the SD model. Under the bonnet is the BMW 2litre turbo charged diesel N47 engine. This has had a stage 1 tune and now produces 189bhp and 420nm torque. This one is completely sorted. While I recently had the whole engine out to fit a CG Motorsport racing clutch and flywheel, I also had the complete timing chain and guides replaced, together with the pulleys and water pump. I also had the 6 speed manual transmission oil drained and replaced. This was carried out about 500 miles ago. Bills for 3k spent in parts and labour. I have fitted an original mini leather "buttoned" steering wheel which has been programmed into the car with official BMW software to enable cruise control and extra trip computer functions. Buttons also operate the DAB/FM radio, telephone and media. It's a CAT N car. That's N for Non-structural. It had a ding in the back door before I bought it and the insurance wrote it off rather than repair it. I bought the car as cat N a year ago and am passing it on at a price that reflects it's still a category N car. I have had no problem insuring the car because it's been written off in the past. If you're looking for something that is a hoot to drive and stands out from the crowd then this is definitely worth a further look. If you're genuinely interested in buying please get in touch. Genuine reason for regrettable sale.
