Here we have our much-loved 2009 VW Golf, now available for sale as a non-runner, ideal for parts or repair. The car has served us incredibly well over the years and still has plenty of potential left for someone willing to restore it or make use of it. Condition-wise, the vehicle is in generally good shape for its age, with both rear brakes and pads newly replaced in February. However, the catalyst has recently blown, which has caused it to become a non-starter. After careful consideration, we decided not to repair it due to the high mileage we cover for work and have since opted to purchase a new vehicle. Otherwise, this Golf has been an exceptionally reliable car throughout its life. The car benefits from a comfortable interior, classic VW reliability, and a solid driving experience when running. It would be a perfect project for someone with mechanical know-how or those looking for a wealth of valuable parts.
