Description

For sale is my much loved T5.1 Transporter Sportline, in the best colour - black! Full service history with a full MOT. The 3 small advisories have been sorted, so there's no issues. All receipts will be supplied to prove any work done. Full leather interior with heated seats and original Kenwood stereo. 6 speed manual. 2 litre 180bhp. Mileage is 123,585, but can't seem to edit it in the description. As you can see from the photos, it's in lovely condition for a 13 year old van. Thousands spent on it over the years, including more recently 20x10 inch Inovit Torque satin black alloy wheels, sitting on SoLow NSL suspension (with plenty of scope to go lower if you wish), PPTuning dual exit sports exhaust with a TravelinLite rear bumper - which looks great. It does have a removable tow bar which I can supply but the rear bumper might need some modification to fit correctly. I never used it so there wasn't a need for me to do it. I still have the original front grill if you'd prefer to have the badge on the front. Personally, I prefer the stealth look. I also have the original rear bumper but not sure how that would fit with the new exhaust. There's a couple of small bits that could do with sorting - small leak on both sliding door windows (they're the original and apparently always leak) when the wind and rain are going a particular direction. The last couple of weeks I've been having an issue with the drivers side sliding door whereby it says it's open even when it's not. I think it's just a connection issue as if I use wd40 it seems to go away, but then comes back. The bonnet has some old vinyl residue that wasn't visible when I bought it 7 years ago, but over the last couple of years it's become visible. You can barely notice it but I wanted to be totally honest. It won't polish out so could probably do with a respray. Inside is standard - 2 front seats and 3 in the back. Fully sound deadened and carpeted. This van has never let me down, and hasn't skipped a beat in the 7 years I've owned it. Not in a mad rush to get rid of as I'm happy to keep using it, but I am open to sensible offers considering the notes above. I've tried to be as honest as I can and I'm happy to answer any questions you might have. The mileage will go up slightly as I'm still driving it, but not planning and big roads trips. I'll be very sad to see this go. Cheers.
