I love this car, I have been driving it myself for the past few months as my daily driver so I can be confident there are no problems or faults. It had two new rear tyres for the MOT in February and passed with no advisories. Absolutely everything works as it should. The hard top convertible is designed to be an all year vehicle, driven as a saloon in the winter without the problems that come with a soft top in bad weather, yet transforms into a sleek drop top when the sun comes out. The roof works as it was designed too, and is tight, (see the walk around video for demonstration), you can make the roof go down by either sitting in the car and holding the internal button, or standing outside and showing off by holding the open button down on the key from from 20 metres away. (If you walk slow enough you can time it just right to open the drivers door as the roof finishes folding away). The colour really pops, and polishes up well, it's well worth the effort to keep it clean. The car has full service history, first three are on the BMW online records, the rest are all paper receipts, the last one was carried out last week, so you have 17,000 miles until the next one is due (but I recommend every 12 months regardless of mileage). It is the 3 litre SE, and what an engine this is, probably BMW's best, loads of power, yet still cruises at 45+ miles per gallon with general driving, 53+ on long journeys with the all important 6th gear. Leather is in great condition, I've just had it treated and oiled, so the black looks deep and clean. There are as there always will be with a car of any age some marks in the paint, I have highlighted everything I can see, but you really have to look hard as the polished surface hides most things.
