Description
This is a lovely example of a Ford Focus ST. It has been owned and lovingly looked after by myself since about 20k miles.
The interior of the car is in excellent condition with only a couple of signs of age wear. There is a full new set of fitted floor mats. All the switches and buttons work as they should, including the heated seats, air con (which is also voice controlled) and audio system. The only accessory that doesn't function, and has never worked while I've had the car, is the Ford Sat Nav. The SD card with the loaded maps is with the car but the module that it slots into is faulty but is easily replaceable and sourced cheap enough on line (I don't use sat navs)
As you will see from the pictures the outside of the car is in very good condition and it polishes up really well. There are a few minor stone chips, in line with the age of the car. I had the wheels re-furbished about 4 years ago and they only have some minor peeling on a couple of the rims. The tyres, Pirelli Cinturato All Season SF 2 (very expensive), have only been fitted for about 2k miles and have about 8mm of tread and have been a revelation in both wet and dry perfomance.
Mechanically the car is sound and has full service history up until 65k and then the last service was carried out by me (a fitter and mechanic) at 74k when I changed the oil, filter, fuel filter and cabin filter. I replaced the front break pads only last weekend! On the last MOT you will see that there was a small oil leak which I rectified during servicing (the oil filter had come loose, a common fault on focuses). I re-mapped the car shortly after buying the car using a Superchips re-map module ( I have the paperwork to back this up). The remap gave the car excellent drivability with a noticeable amount extra power and torque and improved the fuel consumption where I can regularly achieve 45mpg.
Love this car but no longer need such a large car as the family have now flown the nest (at last)
