If you know about VW Golf's then you know the Mk7 R, 3 Door Manual is considered the best in the long line of these cars especially with the optional wheels, paint and leather. The optional spare wheel, sunroof and extra storage are also welcome additions to the spec. The Mk 7.5 has many interfering 'driver aids' such as Lane Departure Control which either can't be turned off or have to be done through several menu functions on every single journey. The Mk 8 doesn't come as a 3 door. Only selling as we have 3 cars in the family and due to a recent change to working hours it gets very little use. The car has recent brake discs and pads all round, recently refurbished wheels, recent Continental tyres all round, just had main dealer service and brake fluid change. It also has 12 month MOT so nothing needs doing but enjoying!
