Description
It's too nice for me. I bought this car quite recently and have now decided to sell it as it's not really suitable for what I typically use a car for. I have three grown up children who I frequently do DIY type work for and I'm often loading up with stuff to go down the dump, getting materials from builders merchants etc. This car is too good for all that which is why I'm selling it.
It's a rare R line Tech model in Tungsten grey and looks stunning. Please don't let the mileage put you off - it drives perfectly and has a full VW service history up to the last service which was done by an independent. (The car was owned by VW until I bought it. )
The interior is excellent and you can see from the photos the drivers seat shows very little wear.
The exterior bodywork has a few small stone chips on the bonnet and some small marks on the rear bumper but is otherwise very good. Three of the wheels have marks. All tyres have plenty of tread on them - see the pictures.
It has all the safety features you'd expect on a modern car and the Tech model has the benefit of a 360 camera view which allows the car to park itself using the Park Assist feature. (A bit spooky at first but so easy to use and works really well.)
It has keyless entry and start, Android auto, Apple carplay and an electric tailgate. Rear passengers have the benefit of airplane like trays that fold out from the front seats - ideal for tablets etc as there are also two USB ports nearby. The rear seats fold down for more boot space and they also recline for more passenger comfort. Another useful feature is the Adaptive Cruise Control. Have a look at the full list of features by hitting the "View spec and features" button.
MOT and service due next December.
The car was first registered in December 2019 so just missed out on being a 2020 model.
So, again, please don't let the mileage put you off - this car was a VW fleet vehicle and has likely been cruising the motorways most of it's life so has incurred little wear. It really is a lovely car both to drive and to look at.
Please feel free to email me with any questions you may have.
