This Passat GTE is in excellent mechanical condition and has been mainly used for long-distance travel. It's a fantastic, reliable car that's never let us down. Car has these extras on top of the standard GTE: Digital dash, premium led headlights, high beam control light assist, road sign recognition camera, 230v power socket in the centre console. There are a few minor cosmetic imperfections, including some scuffed alloys, hairline scratches and age related stone chips on the bonnet, but nothing unexpected for its age. Mechanically, it's spot on - smooth, dependable, and cheap to run. Great fuel efficiency and the road tax is only 20 under the current rules. Full Volkswagen service history. Cambelt replaced a few years ago and gearbox oil changed 14k miles ago (gearbox service due every 40k miles). Has been recently serviced (28/03/2025). Plug-in hybrid battery battery charges to 27 miles. Realistically delivers 18-22 miles of pure electric range. Battery health is solid - 7.2kWh capacity when charging from empty (original capacity was 7.9kWh when new). I am only selling because I'm getting a new car through a salary sacrifice scheme, so this one needs to go.
