I'm reluctantly selling my Mercedes C230K (1.8 petrol) in Avantgarde "top spec" trim. Bought during Covid as a stop-gap after vandals damaged my Honda, it's been cherished but my driveway is full! Mileage: 140,000 miles Spec: Full black leather, heated seats, 6-CD changer, electric seats, climate control, automatic headlights, alloys Maintenance: I'm a mechanic so loads of work done with receipts; partial service history (cos it was auction purchase) Recent Works: Vacuum pipes all changed (common fail point) Supercharger runs perfectly New air intake pipe Gearbox fully serviced ~5,000 miles ago AC recently refilled Comes with additional battery as it ran flat and I needed to use car quickly so bought a second one. Bad points: - Exhaust came off hanger while hot and slightly warped a small bit of rear bumper. - vent fan clicks for 30 seconds when you first start up car, then stops. AC and heater work perfectly though. Performance: Starts and drives perfectly every time, pulls like a train, superb motorway cruiser; efficient yet nippy in town Keys: 1 MOT advisories have been looked at again and are all fine, headlights restored, polished and have ceramic coat on now. Hasn't been used for months due to another car and lack of space. Will be sadly missed but must go to make room for new projects.
