Citroen C1 - We have owned this awesome little car for the last 14 years or so. It served us as our family car, then as both of our daughter's first car and is now surplus. Super reliable, in all that time the only things replaced were a couple of coils and a clutch. However, this is now a small old car, they all leak water in through the rear screen and rear lights so many years ago I just took the bungs out of the boot floor so any water that gets in can run straight through. This would be a great first car or little runaround. It has 9 months MOT, it is cheap on insurance and tax is 1.75 a month. It has never been welded or been any bother getting through an MOT.
