It has also had a new alternator and drive belt fitted. Car drives Very well for the miles covered, very good gear changes and clutch pedal. In 2024 it had a New ECU fitted, so no exspence was spared on this vehicle. Car drives as though it has done 40k miles. Car came from an insurance company as a result of what We call light side damage the damage been, both passenger side doors and damage to the seal below. The insurers deemed the car a Cat S for this incident. We were able to locate both doors 2nd hand in the same colour from Nirro VW breakers. The body shop changed the doors and repaired the damage to the lower seal.
