Reluctantly selling my RS due to lack of use and needing the space in my garage again, I covered less than 700 miles between the last MOTs.
When searching for one of these I waited ages to find the right one, it had to be ultimate green, 1 owner and FULL history. I also didn't want the lux 2 as I think the Nav dates the interior and you lose DAB with lux 2. Ideally it needed to be an MP350 which this one had! I had to buy it!
This is a very clean unspoilt car, no suspension/exhaust mods or body modifications, all it has is the Mountune mp350 upgrade which gives it the same power figures as the RS500. (See certificate photo) I think these cars need this upgrade as a bare minimum.
The history is perfect and full Ford main dealer, I have supplied pics of the service book, I ran out of space and had to go to a piece of paper! I have the itemised invoices for every single one of the services, including the cambelt in 2019. In August 2022 the car had a full service at Hendy Ford where it had oil, plugs, fuel purge, air con purge, front discs and pads, rear pads, both rear radius arm bushes and a new washer jet for the xenon light. All at a cost of 2500 pounds.
I had both rear arches professionally repaired as they were starting to show slight rust bubbling, I have the invoice for this at a very reputable body shop and the job was done to perfection. (See invoice pic)
The bonnet, wings, wing mirrors, front bumper and top of rear bumper have all been wrapped in PPF.
I still have the original dealer plates in the garage and it also has a ghost immobiliser fitted for extra security.
In my ownership it has never seen rain and I only use BP ultimate fuel, the idea was to keep it for a long time as an investment. I'm the second owner and as anyone looking at these cars will know- history, condition and number of owners are imperative.
