I am reluctantly selling my lovely BMW 520d, which give me a reliable and pleasant driving experience, for more than five years. The reason is that my family has moved to the Netherlands where we have a left-hand drive BMW 5 series. Over the past two years my visits to the UK have become fewer and fewer and there is no reason to keep a car here any more. Since the last MOT in August, I have barely driven 200-300 miles. The car is in excellent mechanical condition, never had any accidents, and has only few cosmetic signs of age. BMW engines go on for ever and offer reliable and pleasant driving experience and the 5 series is not only aesthetically pleasing, but has been labelled as the ultimate driving machine. It has plenty of space for my family of five, and it is very smooth and safe to drive. Being diesel is powerful even in the low gears and very economical to run both in the city and on the motorway. The car is very well maintained, carefully driven and I am happy to have it tested in the garage of your choice and I will pay to have a fresh MOT in the Halfords of your choice, to give you extra piece of mind. I will be in the UK, only on Monday 12 and Tuesday 13, and you can see the car in Colchester. I can drive to your place, if you are up to two hours away.
