Selling my 2005 Seat Leon Cupra R Mk1 (BAM 225 engine) - this was my first car, and after 2 great years of ownership, I'm looking to move on to something more sensible. Mechanical & Maintenance: 112,500 miles - mechanically solid and well looked after MOT valid until 19th August 2025 Stage 1 remap - pulls strong in every gear Direnza performance air intake (fitted by previous owner) Upgraded coolant hoses (old rubber ones replaced) Coolant flushed with VW-spec G12 Evo New rear brake discs, pads & calipers (fitted last year) New front discs, pads & wheel bearings (recently done) 4x new tyres and wheel alignment completed HID headlight upgrade - fixed previous intermittent bulb issue Note: The exhaust flexi pipe has a crack, causing a louder noise (sounds a bit like a tractor), but it doesn't affect performance. Condition & Extras: Drives great - responsive, well-balanced handling Age-related marks on bodywork (all shown in photos) Interior: tear on steering wheel and minor wear on seats OEM cupholder stays open - included is a 3D printed aftermarket cupholder that fits by the handbrake
