Description

Volkswagen Polo SE 1.4 TSI - 106,491 miles - CAT N - Fantastic First Car, Well Maintained Up for sale is my VW Polo SE 1.4 TSI, which has been an incredibly reliable and well-maintained first car. I purchased the vehicle in April 2024 when I began learning to drive, and it's done me proud. It runs exceptionally well and has been kept up with really well (as shown later on in the description) - you honestly wouldn't think it's done that many miles when you drive it. Service & Maintenance: Since having this car I've made sure to maintain it. Especially with it being a Volkswagen, if you look after your car it will look after yourself. All that I have done with the car has receipts to show. This includes: 1 June 2024: -Full service (just 3,000 miles ago) -New cam belt and water pump -New rear brake shoes and cylinders 12 December 2024: -New catalytic exhaust -2 new driveshafts -New gearbox mounts 17 April 2025: -New front tyres (pair) 7 May 2025: -New front brake discs and pads (pair) -New track rod ends (pair) -Wheel alignment -2 new rear shocks -New rear stop bulb -New rear wheel bolts -New front control arms (pair) -Refurbished exhaust -MOT carried out Every common issue has been either pre-emptively replaced or sorted as needed. And also has 2 keys. Category N Information: This Polo is listed as a CAT N (non-structural damage). The reason was cosmetic - the front passenger side door and front quarter panel (just ahead of the door) were replaced. The car was previously repaired and has been going strong since I have bought it. This isn't related to it being Cat N, but there is a scratch on the rear bumper on the driver-side and and a mark on the front passenger-side quarter-panel which will be easy touch up but I've not been driving the car enough to do myself. Apart from that it drives really well and has had everything else maintained. Reason for Sale: For the past 6 months, I've been driving my dad's car, and with 4 vehicles between us, it makes sense to downsize. This is a great opportunity to get a well-cared-for, economical, and nippy little car that's ideal for new drivers or anyone wanting a budget-friendly daily driver with peace of mind on recent maintenance. The main thing I have noticed is how good it is when driving in urban areas- I've not driven a car yet that does a better job when bringing it to the shops. Viewings are welcome. I am located in Wakefield.
