All usual SL refinements, with desirable panoramic vario roof, 18'' unmarked refurbished alloys, with 4 matching Pirelli P Zero tyres all with good tread depth. Also has the rare genuine Mercedes rear self bag. Prior to my purchase the battery control module was repaired in addition to the fuel tank baffles, a common issue on the R230. The car has a comprehensive service history, Mercedes and independent garage. During my ownership it's been maintained by a very reputable Mercedes specialist, who described it as one the nicest they had seen for its year. Car had new suspension parts and brake part fitted less the 8000 miles ago. It has also had the boot seals removed cleaned and refitted as a precaution, new boot struts, gear selector upgraded to an aluminium version and recent poly belt fitted. Vehicle drives and looks lovely, last year I used it on a 3000 mile European road trip, which it completed faultlessly. Vehicle is dry stored in winter in a professional storage facility, with a car cover and battery maintainer fitted. It is regularly started and moved, when stored. There are some minor imperfections as you would expect on a vehicle of this age. Small paint blister on roof and some minor stone chips to front. Car will receive a full years M.O.T prior to sale.
