My MGB is reluctantly being sold due to health issues. The car has a heritage certificate which shows it was manufactured in September 1971 and subsequently registered on 7th of January 1972. In recent years it has been owned by MGB enthusiasts who have maintained the car in very original condition. Apart from the fitting of chrome wire wheels, inertia reel seat belts and electronic ignition I believe the car to be very much original specification with engine, gearbox and axle numbers matching the heritage certificate. The mileage of 52,000 is also believed to be accurate as evidenced by the history file which includes many MoT's and a letter from a previous owner stating that the car had been laid up for 21 years while he was overseas. On the road the car drives exactly as it should. A great driving experience. Engine oil pressure is excellent and there are no oil leaks. This is a car which can be driven and enjoyed by its new owner or, because of its originality and condition taken to the next level.
