The DVLA is currently handling this, and I will provide the new owner with the "New Keeper" slip immediately upon sale, which will allow them to register the car in their name. Service History: Unfortunately, the service history is not available, but the car has been well maintained with a few receipts for recent repairs and servicing. The car has passed its most recent MOT with no major issues. Insurance: Please note the car is currently uninsured, so it cannot be driven until insured by the new owner.
