We're letting our lovely E class Mercedes go to a new home after a faultless 7 years of reliable, comfortable and effortless ownership due to taking delivery of it's replacement and we will certainly be sad to see it go. It's palladium grey with the AMG body kit and full black leather interior. 18" AMG line double spoke diamond cut wheels, auto bi+xenon adaptive headlamps, adaptive LED rear lights, heated door mirrors, electric adjustable lumbar adjustable heated seats equipped with airscarf system that blows warm air into your neck. Electric adjustable + folding door mirrors, multifunction dashboard, auto wipers, dual zone climate control with ice cold air conditioning, built in sat nav, audio 50 sound system with USB, Aux input and bluetooth handsfree that sounds brilliant even with the roof down. The convertible roof works fine, we have regularly used the roof and you can raise and lower it up to speeds of about 30mph which has been handy in the past for our notoriously unpredictable British weather! The engine pulls extremely well being twin turbo with over 200 bhp from factory and the gearbox changes smoothly without jerks or hesitation. The brakes stop extremely well for quite a heavy car and the steering is effortlessly light and responsive. We have driven it pretty much all over the UK, and have used it for holidays etc. The boot is more than big enough for a couple of suitcases. Interior is very good and has held up very well testament to Mercedes build quality with no sagging, rips or tears. We have maintained the car to a good standard, having serviced the car every year and have serviced the transmission twice, brake fluid change every 2 years and fuel filter every 2 years etc always using genuine/OEM quality parts. The roof drain grommets have been removed and drained every year during services too. Any common issues/faults have been addressed and rectified such as the electronic ignition lock issue which has been replaced at Mercedes Benz, the fuel filter/coolant housing leak which has also been replaced using genuine Mercedes updated parts.
