We bought this car from its 1 previous owner in 2021 for my 100 mile commute to the office a couple of times a week. Back then, charging at work was free, and I could always guarantee a charger. But, as electric cars became more popular, the chargers were sometimes fully occupied, and my employer then removed free charging. So, I bought a car with a longer range, and my wife used the Nissan for the school runs and her local journeys into work. We're now selling the car as my wife wants the ability to reach her elderly mother, who lives 170 miles away, without needing to stop and charge. Throughout the ~60,000 miles that we've covered in the Nissan, it has been brilliant. We don't yet have a home charger and charge it on a standard 3 pin plug in our garage. We set it to charge overnight during the Economy 7 rate, during which it adds around 70 miles, at about 10 miles per hour. At work on a 7kw charger, it adds about 30 miles in an hour. The battery's capacity is still showing all 12 bars, as per the photograph, offering a typical range of ~150 miles, up to ~160 in summer and ~140 in winter, depending upon driving styles. The App allows you to defrost the car remotely, which is absolute luxury on cold, winter mornings. The car has a fantastic specification, including Apple Car Play / Android Auto, heated front and rear black leather seats, plus a heated steering wheel, a BOSE sound system, and aftermarket dash cam. The previous owner told me that he specificied lights in the front footwells to ensure that the car had every available extra (but I have never checked his claim). The overall condition of the car is very good, albeit with a couple of 'supermarket car park dents' and (I think) still looks really good today. It has 4 Bridgestone tyres, one of which is slightly newer due to an irreparable puncture. I would wholeheartedly recommend this car, particularly if you rarely travel more than 120 miles in a day so can charge it at home on a cheap electricity tariff overnight. The car scores well in all of the electric car reviews, and benefits from an established dealer network if maintenance is required.
