Description

1995 Honda NSX 3.0 Auto, 81,975 miles (will change slightly- car is driven), JDM model and fitted with Japanese market BBS split rims. UK import was 2000. Owned by me since 2013. MOT'd until 18/05/2026. There are no fault codes. The Bose sound system has no crackles. The headlights don't suffer from any slowness or shudder. The HVAC system all works and the A/C is topped up (proper refrigerant, compressor oil and seal conditioner). Collapsible spare wheel present. Connection for the original iPod to stereo. The factory toolkit is in the boot. The car was serviced at the NSX dealer - Phoenix Honda, Paisley - until Honda's strategy seemingly changed and no local Honda dealers wanted to know about it as the NSX servicing was apparently centralised to London. After that it was serviced by myself from the factory workshop manuals and details on NSXPRime and NSXCB (all receipts/invoices and photos/videos to prove). All previous history from before my ownership is also present, but not Japanese documentation. Apart from routine servicing, it has had: The NSX-R front brace/stiffening kit added. New brake master cylinder and booster, and stainless steel braided brake lines. New steering/ignition lock. NSX-R engine cover. A new stainless steel Circuit Werks backbox with a x-over pipe from the USA (original exhaust will come with car). Aluminium radiator (done as a precaution before any tank weakness/splitting - no overheating). Alternator rebuild. Cambelt and water pump change and tappet adjustment. Rear engine mount replaced. Water hoses replaced with Samco silicone hoses (genuine Honda coolant used). Goodyear Eagle F1 tyres all round. Oil (correct 10w-30) and filter done 20 miles ago (at time of writing) Gearbox shift solenoids and linear solenoid replaced. Gearbox oil flushed and replaced (20 miles ago). EACV rebuilt - known looseness issue on this Honda part across many models. Fast idle and normal idle adjustments to factory manual specification. Air horns. All brake pads and disks good. The car has had it's front fog lights removed by the previous owner, and they will come with the car, but some LED daylight running lights are currently fitted in their place. Because it's a low car I like the visibility this gives to other drivers, but I can remove them if not desired. Reason for sale is that I don't use it as much as I'd like, although it has never sat idle for any long periods and always been driven to temperature - no garage idling.
