Powerful yet economical 1.0 eco boost engine paired with a manual transmission (less to go wrong) Well looked after with consistent servicing and oil changes. When I brought it three years ago we have done some major work to have a perfect runner consisting of replacing the engine for new one including timing kit so in fact this car is only 20000miles so you don't have to worry about any of the bad things you might have heard of the ecoboosts as all of those have been sorted out.
