Bought before Covid as a project, it has been ever since, as 25 year old cars are. The rear screen was falling out and the turbo had failed. The sump, turbo feed and oil pick up pipes were removed and cleaned. The hood drain tubes were replaced to resolve a water Ingres. I have too many cars and projects, so regrettably it's time for it to find a new home. The MOT history shows how little it's been used. (10 miles some years!). The usual "8N" problems have been sorted, ie the fuel gauge, dash pixels, lock microswitches etc. There is even a genuine Audi boot liner. Below is a list of the parts that have been replaced. It will very randomly steam from the exhaust at idle, then clears itself, and if it's been stood it doesn't start first turn of the key, but it does on the second. It pulls like a train with over 20 PSI of boost, so neither have been considered urgent. Loads of paperwork and full book pack. Dual mass flywheel and clutch changed in Sept 2016. Drilled and grooved discs all round. All 4 wheels are scuffed and some marks to the bodywork (pictured) The radio display has a few pixels missing. Possibly worth more in bits, but it's way too good for that. Will be sorn at the end of the month. MOT advisories explained are; Brake pipes were cleaned and greased as you would on any car that sits around outside. The discs hadn't self-cleaned on the way to the MOT (5 miles away) but have now that I've driven it a bit more. The oil leak was the level plug washer on the gearbox. The undertray has since been refitted. I have the paperwork for the air bag recall, so the new owner can get that done FOC. I've tried to be as honest as I can to save both of us wasted time.
