The vehicle has been unused since 2019 and has been vandalized and exposed to the elements. This is why its is being sold on a spares/repair basis. Prior to its current condition the mechanical parts were all in working order. All the windows have been smashed. Obviously, it can not be moved other by transport on another vehicle eg flat bed trailer.
