Have my polo for sale.
Brought originally for mum seeing as It's a low miler on around 55k, have long MOT and drives absolutely fine, HPI clear, and have low number of owners, but noted she needed something a bit bigger so surplus to requirements now. It is a rare fn2 model I believe of which few are ULEZ free and of this condition/mileage. The previous owner is a young couple who used this learnt to drive and before that an elderly person who used it for very short distance commutes is what I've been told.
Now a breakdown of good bits and quirks
The good
-Recently it has had new altenator, battery, new exhaust fitted and serviced, so quite a bit og work done and nothing needs speeding
-Low mileage, hpi clear, long MOT until feb 2026, and low number of owners
-Mechanically fine engine gearbox wise, drives fine and no overheating
-No lights on dash
-Quite nippy around town
-Tyres and suspension is solid, handles well
-All electricals work as it should with no gremlins
-Easy to park and ulez compliant
-Decent on fuel at 40 combined or near 50 motorway
-Can come with original smaller steelies all with good tyres for 100 extra
-Cheap and easy to run/maintain
-Bodywork quite decent for age as picture shows, ofc accounting for the usual age related marks, all panels are straight, and solid all round including sills
-Rare with this model colour and mileage that is ulez and problem free
-Interior is very good condition with aftermarket stereo for Bluetooth connection
-2 keys!
The quirks
-Not the cheapest to tax but that's the same for all these old polos
-No central locking, again these never came with one
-Driver seat a bit lopsided however only very slight
