The good bits...
I've had this van as my daily for 5 years now and it's time to let go. In the last 6 months the van has had a new turbo, oil feed, intercooler, radiator, condenser, x2 toyo TR1 front tyres, x4 bilstein B4 shock absorbers, x2 front coil springs, x2 top mounts, powerflex ARB bushes, thermostat, top & bottom radiator hoses, matrix hoses, new coolant cap, full service, MAP sensor, MAF sensor, Pressure converter, new vac lines, new lower arms, drop links, cam sensor & crank sensor.
The van also has MTEC discs with mintex pads on all 4 corners, SRI leather front seats, cruise control, 18" VXR wheels, OEM mudguards, aftermarket spoiler & new floor mats.
Also to add, I had a new clutch kit & DMF installed about 35k miles ago. The clutch has a very strong biting point and feels brand new.
The vans MOT history is really good, I have always kept up with servicing, maintenance & repairs.
Now the bad bits...
Every 10-15 minutes the turbo will provide low boost, it goes into some sort of safety mode providing an EML. If you drive the van without a heavy foot it doesn't go into this low boost mode.
The spoiler needs repainting, there's a few stone chips that have rusted, overall just age related scratches & marks.
This may be an advantage or disadvantage, it has had an EGR delete and a remap to try and resolve the boosting issue. Afterwards, the van runs significantly better.
