Description

It's with a heavy heart I'm putting my BMW 125i Coupe up for sale - I've genuinely loved this car and for a long time didn't think I'd sell it. Summary: * 59k miles * 4 owners (including me) * Full, comprehensive service history (dealer & independent) * Fresh MOT * Remapped to 130i power by Litchfield Motors * Extensive preventative maintenance already done * Based near Swansea, South Wales Very well specced from factory including: * Sunroof * Angel eyes * Power-folding mirrors (auto dip in reverse) * Fully adjustable electronic memory seats * Cruise control * Welcome home lights * Rear parking sensors * Factory tinted rear windows * AC - individual zone climate control (blows ice cold) * HiFi tweeters and tweeter covers retrofitted Background: Owned since April '24 (45k miles). Prior to me it was serviced regularly and comes with a stamped up service book. I have a degree in motorsport engineering and so am incredibly mechanically sympathetic - it has always been properly warmed up and down, only ever been run on super unleaded, with oil and filter changes every 6000-7000 miles. Service items in my ownership: * Oil, filter, & brake fluid changed Apr '24 at 45k * Michelin PS4 ZP's x2 (rear) May '24 at 47k * Rear Textar pads (OEM brand) following MOT advisory in June '24 at 48k * Pierburg waterpump & Mahle thermostat done (OEM brands) done Aug '24 at 51k miles (coolant replaced at same time) * Oil & filter changed Sep '24 at 51.5k * Diff oil changed Nov '24 at 54k miles * Oil filter housing, oil cooler gaskets, and Mickey Mouse hose replaced with OEM parts, done Feb '25 at 58k miles (oil & filter changed at same time) Mechanically it's excellent - quiet, smooth, and pulls strong with VANOS engaging nicely. Currently has a backbox delete from ProFab in Swansea, but I kept the original box (in perfect working order) which can be swapped back over. Stops and handles really well and you can tell it's not even done 60k as it feels really tight to drive. Things to note: Bodywork good and relative for age - small ding front wing, light mark rear quarter (both pictured), with very light mark down either side. Driver's window needs regulator repair - includes working motor. Extra bits: Can include pair of front calipers from E9X which allow for larger 130i front discs. Can include Spare style 261 alloys for full asking price (need refurb). Genuine sale - will be very sad to see it go. Advertised elsewhere, so may get removed at any point.
