Description
Nissan LEAF Tekna 40kWh 2018 in good condition.
MOT is due in June 2025. I will pay for a fresh MOT over the next few days and update the listing.
Colour is Grey.
Selling as I now have a larger EV that will replace the LEAF.
Current mileage is around 62,114. This may go up slightly as the car is still in occasional use for short trips to keep brakes happy.

Bodywork is in good condition. There are a couple of small paint chips on passenger door (see photo). Interior includes mats and is all in good condition for age.
LEAF dashboard displays all of the battery capacity bars as shown. I don't often charge the battery to 100% and never run it down below 20%. The LEAF has been charged mainly at work (on AC) or at home (using the 'granny' 3-pin AC charging cable. Battery health check available on request.
Tekna is the highest LEAF trim level and includes some features that I'm now missing on my larger EV, including '360' cameras at front, rear and sides of car (making parking really easy), front and rear parking sensors, and 'e-pedal' one-pedal driving mode which will bring the car to a complete stop when you lift off the acelerator pedal. The LEAF is great in stop-start traffic with the traffic jam assist features and has been an excellent car for commuting to work each day.
Also included:
- Heated steering wheel
- Heated seats
- Auto Air conditioning
- Heat pump, which is very efficient and effective
- Automatic cruise control using camera and front radar
- ProPilot features (e.g. steering assist) are not too intrusive
- Blind spot warning in mirrors
- Auto (or manual) retracting mirrors with indicators
- Full LED headlights with high beam assist
- Android Auto and Apple Car Play. Etc.
- 360 parking cameras.
- Front a rear parking sensors.
- Type 2 charging cable for AC charging.
- CHAdeMO DC charging.
- Home charger 'granny' cable (3-pin AC plug).
- two keys
- car manual and service documentation
- new spare tyre
- locking wheel nut
I would highly recommend the LEAF without hesitation as a 2nd car or main car for short or medium length journeys up to 100 miles. I've also done a few longer trips including DC rapid charging stops. Note that the sticker in the window is a Kirklees parking permit (not included in sale).
