Renault Kangoo 1.2l 16v Authentique 5 door Manual WAV (Wheelchair Accessible Vehicle) First registered in 2004 and owned by us since 2014. Only two owners from new with very low annual mileage. We've tended to use it for local appointments and short trips out so it is in very clean condition for its age. The total mileage now stands at 24,983 miles but this may change very slightly as the car is still used occasionally. It has 10 years of service history stamps up to the end of 2013, after which we bought the car and although we didn't use the book, it has been well looked after and any issues have been dealt with promptly - tyres, brakes etc. All MOT Certificates and receipts for work undertaken during our ownership are available. The only issue we've had with the car in over 10 years was a leak in the fuel tank, which can be common on these modified cars, but we have had the tank coated and the hoses replaced back in 2018, so this is all sorted for next owner. The fuel gauge can sometimes be inconsistent (again, something we understand is common on adapted vehicles with bespoke fuel tanks). We always keep it topped up, so has not been an issue in practise. The car has a wide, folding ramp at the rear, 2 standard passenger seats (in addition to the driver's), and is fitted with a full electrical restraint system which all operates as it should. It has been a great car for us but we have recently needed to change vehicles to accommodate a wider wheelchair. Sold with both original keys. In overall excellent condition for age. Next MOT due September 2025. As a disabled passenger car, this Kangoo can be registered as exempt from road tax when used by a disabled person.
