Selling my trusted friend Fury.
I've owned her for 3 year's and have really looked after her as she has to me.
She's the most reliable car I've own. Where other cars have broken down, this jeep has kept on going all through harsh winter's.
She has 152k on the clock. This is the Mercedes engine which is insanely reliable and many more miles to do.
In the 3 years of ownership I've done the following work;
New brakes and disc's on all 4 (sport disc's and pads)
New front brake calipers, caliper brackets and new front brake hoses.
New stainless Steel custom exhaust fitted last year and sound's great.
Stage 1 remap for torque and fuel economy.
Oil cooler seal and oil cooler replacement by Peak Jeep costing over a grand.
She's just had a full service begging of April this year and New inner and outer track rod ends.
The underbody is what to be expected but looks worse than is. I have applied Lanoguard each year and is due another application around September.
I have had her fully serviced since my ownership and had the gearbox serviced last March.
The key fobs do not unlock the car and has been like that since I had her. Lock and unlock old skool way, with the key.
There is a rust spot on the front passenger wing and a scratch on the door which was on the car when I had it. Some slight rust on the tailgate number plate area.
Parking sensors do not work. Never have.
That tyre pressure things on the dash but no other lights.
She drives fine. No knocking, vibrations or banging.
There is a slight oil leak. When I say slight, it is just that. It's never dripped onto the drive or caused any problems.
BF goodrich tyre's on all 4 6mm tread each.
I have 2 other Jeeps so letting her go. She's got lots more work to offer someone else.
MOT until end of May 2026.
