Description
Classic Mk4 golf loads of money spent on new water pump / cam belt @143k /discs/pads/ brake hoses /pipes /battery etc . We paid 2k for it and probably spent 2K on it with wheels (BBS replicas) /tyres/ coil overs / recaro leather interior + whatever the head unit cost . This was our sons 2nd car when they get the ideas of pimping their ride . It looks nice and runs lovely the engine has loads of life left probably VWs best ever engine which you probably already know if your reading this . We have the original wheels and tyres which buyer is welcome to + another pimp part a straight through front pipe not fitted . The aftermarket kenwood unit has developed a white screen issue which i believe can be fixed sometimes it works sometimes it doesent . There are a few quirky things to fix like the head unit the drivers seat adjustment foward/back you have to do it with a screwdriver simple enough fix , One of the underbody plastics needs to go back on casualty of lowered suspension . The body is generally good as you can see in pics some laquer is not so good the interior some bit have VW issue the plastic goes a bit sticky there are coating fixes on the market . Apart from that i think you would have to spend a few quid on bits over time like any 20 year old car . Bits are cheap for these and readily available .
