I bought this Jeep brand new in the US in Jan 1998, and have owned and loved it since then. It's a low mileage US spec LHD Wrangler TJ 4.0 Sport in chilli pepper red with removable half doors, and I have a well-documented service and maintenance history with the original handbook and wallet and all service documents and receipts since purchase. It's largely in its original factory spec with minor statutory changes made to the lights when imported to the UK (registered Jan 2000). The only upgrade since then has been a new Bestop Sailcloth Replace-a-top with Half Door Skins fitted in 2018, much better than the original factory top! The car has never been used off-road, and has not been modified or lifted. The next MoT is due Apr 2026. Overall the paintwork and interior are in great condition, with small areas of blistering on the bodywork, wing mirrors and steel wheels, and some wear to the driver seat (see photos). I have had a vehicle inspection carried out by an off-road specialist which described the overall condition as good. They noted that surface corrosion underneath just needs a good wire brushing and treating, and that the front anti roller links need replacing. I am happy to share this report. This has been a much-loved part of our family for 27 years but now it's time for it to move on to a new owner. I will throw in a compatible bike rack for good measure.
