Purchased from a farmer in Hampshire as a doer up in 2018 and fully restored by Brian Richardson of Rindt Vehicle Design, (the renowned classic Porsche restorer), this Spitfire is a real head turner and a good example of the best Triumph Spitfire model, the Mk 3. The restoration included many new parts - bonnet/wings, door skins, sills, brakes, suspension, wiring loom etc. and was painted in Old English White. Reliable runabout, used regularly but never in the rain. Move abroad forces reluctant sale. This car could be easily bought up to concours standard with a bit of TLC. Although no MOT test is required for this classic vehicle, our local garage checks it over each Spring to ensure road worthiness. I carry out routine servicing myself hence no service record.
