4.0TFSI V8 twin turbo professionally remapped by MRC Tuning. Same engine as RS6/RS7/Bentley Continental/Porsche/URUS for a fraction of the cost.
Very good condition inside and out. I bought it last year and fell in love with it. The following has been done recently:
- Engine oil and filter
- Gearbox oil + filter, transfer case oil
- Rear diff oil x2 (sports diff has 2 separate oils)
- 2x K&N air filters
- Both engine mounts replaced with the stronger 034 Motorsport mounts, no noticeable increase in NVH/vibrations/noise
- Both HPFP replaced (common issue on 4.0TFSI)
- APR coils and new spark plugs
- PCV, turbo oil screen and non-return valves replaced
- Waterpump, thermostat and all associated coolant o-rings/gaskets
- AUX belt , tensioner, pulleys
- Exhaust flexis
- New Discs and pads all around
- A/C condenser replaced and A/C re-gassed
- Professional MRC remap to 640HP/900NM.
- Still on original exhaust, so no issues with MOT and makes a very comfortable and quiet cruiser.
- Alloys replaced with forged Vossen 22" VFS1 and Continental Contisport 7 tyres, plenty of tread.
- Original alloys still available, currently on sale separately but can be included if the car is sold for asking price.
Always driven sensibly, always warmed up before any spirited driving. Was only used as a weekend trip car so most of the mileage since the remap (5k miles or so) has been long trips.
There is lots of history and invoices prior to my ownership.
No faults on the dash, the drive is unbelievably smooth and quiet with S8 active noise cancellation and unbelievable power. Returns 25+mpg if used sensibly thanks for Cylinder on Demand.
Cheapest 600HP+ 4WD car available. 0-60 in close to 3s.
Aluminum Space Frame body, so relatively light for its size and comfort ( 2TON), won't rust.
360 camera and parking sensors, sports diff, heated front seats, automatic lights/wipers, LED headlights, DRL, soft close doors, automatic powered tailgate, carbon fiber trim, stock air suspension (height and damping adjustable)
All potential big repair bills have been taken care of, should not need anything for at least the next 50k miles.
S8 number plate included.
