Finally made the hard decision to sell my Landrover defender TD5 after 5 years of ownership. This is truly a great defender and in the words of the mechanic "one of the best he's seen for a long time. It will have a new mot on point of sale, mechanically sound, I have not undersealed beneath the defender so you can see just how good she is. Engine and gearbox is strong and has been serviced regularly from 41000 miles with the service book. She has had in my ownership upgraded wipac led lights all round, new BF Goodrich all round, led light bar, straight through s/s exhaust. I purchased with the minor modifications such as diesel night heater, safari snorkel, KBX grill and light surrounds, Hannibal roof rack, re-mapped for better fuel economy and chequer plate in the rear with lockable box.
