I'm selling this car on behalf of an elderly friend of the family (who owned this car from new) and now due to circumstances decided to stop driving. I've driven this car from London to Bristol and back - impressions below: Pros: - excellent interior - starts perfectly, runs reliably, excellent drive, seems like it could easily double its mileage - 40k (regular, low yearly social milage) - fundamentally sound to a layperson (me) - 1 female owner from new Cons: - not ulez compliant (but is lez compliant) - a/c works but bit weak - likely needs regas - Sun roof locked in closed position. Can still slide shade back and forth for vibes, lol - Paintwork decent but external painted plastics / trim a bit tatty (especially each of 4 corners of bumpers) - Dent in rear side panel (years old) on driver side next to boot. Few other minor inconsequential dents. - Boot requires a little extra force to 'close' from pov of the dashboard "door sensor". - Tyres have tread but some cracking - Front pads and possibly discs will need changing at upcoming MOT - I'm 6'4 - this car doesn't have a huge amount of headroom for me for a long drive. Should be fine for anyone 6'2 and under. - no service history (that said I'd be surprised if this has ever missed a service) - too old for iso fix points Additional Info: - The hub cap on the rear passenger side tyre more loose than it should be, so was removed too make sure it didn't fall off, but I shall be putting this back in with a couple of cable ties before the sale. - There is a full size spare with the repair kit in the boot. - Colour spec is 'purple' but seems more akin to a shade of silver than an actual "purple" - Can fit 3 kids in the back but tight squeeze for 3 adults - Working stereo which could be Bluetooth enabled with a Bluetooth to FM Transmitter. Willing to present/deliver within England / Wales within reason, subject to covering basic fuel (and cheap coach return ticket) provided it fits into my schedule.
