Description

Hello! Private seller. I bought this at the end of Jan, as a project. I've done a whole lot to it, but work has meant that I've just not got the time to do anymore, so it's time for someone else to continue! When I got her, she had an oil leak (turns out was from the turbo), limped everywhere, black smoke from exhaust, was filthy - really needed some care. The last MOT warned of a CV boot near side and close worn tyres. Things I've done: - New Turbo - New Turbo/exhaust manifold and bolts - EGR blank - New turbo pipes and clips - Air intake manifold removed, entirely cleaned out - Engine air manifold inlets painstakingly cleaned of debris (there was a LOT of coking, but she came good) - New air intake manifold gaskets - New battery - new ATS - New alternator - New Alternator belt and air con belt - New rear window motors (both), both now full functioning - Door panels removed, new clips added, handles resprayed and fabric panels repainted - Rear gear selector rod bush replaced - New exhaust clips - Central exhaust cleaned and repainted (high temp) - Fascia entirely removed, cleaned, refurbished - Rear window (boot) electrics fixed - both front seats entirely removed, floor cleaned to spotless, rails repainted, and replaced - New CV boot near side - Gear stick renovated - New Brake sensor fitted - New wiper blades front and back, and wiper arms renovated - smashed broken old OEM fogs removed. Fog wiring redone and refused - now delivers power perfectly (I've also got the link for the OEM fogs if you want to add them - just bolt them on and plug them in! - crankshaft breather filter removed and replaced with new vortex version - New air filter - New oil filter - New fuel filter - new breather filter - New cabin blower filter - 2 x full oil changes - Side front and all indicator lights replaced with compliant LED - Dip and main headlights resolved with new top spec S7 bulbs and resealed. - Headlights polished/renovated - rear brake lights replaced and casings resealed - Boot door plate light replaced with LED version She now drives like a rocket, no problem even on 15% strep inclines. Exhaust is spotless - even with your foot down. The MOT is until end July - I've got the lifetime MOT history from when I bought it, so just ask if you want to see it. Taxed until end of July, too. I'd suggest new handbrake cable, tyres, front pads for the MOT (all easy and cheap). Headliner is sagging, easy to replace! Thanks.
