Initially it was his company car then he bought it from the leasing company and kept it for 10 years until replacing it with an EV. It's had money no object servicing by a Kenilworth based VW specialist and has nearly new brake discs and a recent cambelt change. All tyres are good. Drives really well returning over 70 mpg on a steady run. Aircon blows ice cold. Comes with 2 keys, original mats, original number plates and complete owners manual pack. Bodywork is incredibly well preserved aside from some marks on tailgate and rear bumper and the odd chip. We replaced the original tailgate as it was the only rusty part of the car and the used one is better but not perfect. Interior is superb with no smells, holes or tears. We don 't normally buy cars of this age but needed a cheap and economical runabout for a few weeks and it's served its purpose so is now surplus to requirements and ready for a new owner.
