Description

Jeep wrangler TR2 (1 of only 75) 4.0 straight 6 - 190bhp and pulls like a deisel Comes with both a hard top (in tan) and a soft top (as in picture) Just ticked over 94k Serviced by myself yearly with a 6 monthly top-up of fluids and K&N cleaned Paint is in really good shape with only the dimple on the drivers door, the usual tailgate hinge flaking and a few minor age related marks Chassis is also in really good shape with that being part of my 6 monthly service list. I took much of it (the usual spots) back to metal, before winter, etch painted, sealed, and applied lanogaurd. I popped some on a few days before I took the pics. Hence, it's still a bit wet I purchased new arches in 2023 - The arches are a common place for rust.. if you see TJ's with metal plates or vinyl on the top of the arches they will be rusty underneath and they are trying to hide it (top tip i had when looking to buy one) Recently had a new rad and coolant LED headlights The soft top is in really good shape, and it is a Best Top. (Over 1000 new) The hard top is currently in Tan and could do with a paint but doesnt effect its use etc. Tyres, as you can see, are in really good shape Interior is not too bad. Both front seats are torn in the usual spots, back seat is in great shape, I put new spark plugs on it in March Two sets of keys (I changed the barrel and actuator about 2 months back) - another common thing to look out for with these. Magnaflow stainless exhaust, which sounds amazing! Helped by the K&N filter. Amazing summer car, awesome winter car, plenty of power, sounds loverly but also not too loud for motorway driving etc, and looks ace! It has the OEM sub, so the stereo sounds awesome too. No death wobble and sits smoothly at 70/80 Only negative parts really are: The front seat rips about 2 inches on the drivers and about 5 on the passangers and the lock on the central storage bit came out but still works, just without locking. Outside, it's that tiny dimple in the drivers door and a few age related bits Underside (nothing of note at all, maybe a clean!?) Any questions im happy to answer!
