This great looking car is the 140hp 16 valve engine fitted to the earlier cars.I have owned it for 5 years having purchased it from a mechanic who had owned it for the previous 8 years, he bought it from one of his customers so knew the car well. I have done 6 thousand miles in it having used it as a summer car and stored it in a garage in the winter as did the previous keeper. I have just MOT'd the car replacing a broken spring and leaking shock absorber. It had plugs oil and filter last year. It has a leather interior, Kenwood radio and 6 CD changer, manual roof that is in good condition. It has a few small parking dinks the largest of which is in one of the photos. A full Cat back stainless steel COBRA exhaust system was fitted in 2012 and is still in good condition. It has a slightly sportier noise but is not intrusive. The car also has a dealer fitted remote Toad alarm immobiliser fitted that I have never used. A bmw wind deflector has also been added. There are lots of old MOT certificates and service invoices, owners folder with handbooks etc. Its a fun yet economical car to drive (gets 40mpg on a long run) cheap to insure on a classic policy, only selling as I have purchased a Z4 and can't drive both on sunny days!
